Nick has been an owner, investor, and strategic advisor in several entrepreneurial endeavors, including his role as Co-Founder of Kaser Enterprises. Prior, Nick had a highly successful 20-year legal practice with firms in Cleveland, Chicago and Columbus. 

Nick’s motivation and passion has been to inspire and help people and organizations maximize potential. He has played leadership roles in non-profits focused on improving the lives of those 

engaging new ideas and efficiencies within our company and if you peer into her office, you will always see a new business book or CD. Everyone is always attracted to Rose because of her true passion for meeting and engaging new people. Her sincerity in helping everyone and anyone keeps Kaser's culture grounded in what counts most – people.

When time permits, Rose enjoys travel, from a motorcycle trek across the US to one of the first US citizens to visit Cuba. And it’s only natural, because of her experience with Cuba, that Rose is now mastering Spanish as a second language.

Tad is currently engaged as lead in development of a multiple store, business and consumer-facing Magento deployment for a large, international non-profit in the Boston area.

Call him entrepreneur, but Tad’s first love is his wife and 2 young sons, building his life in the stunning hills of the Berkshires. And then there is the fact that he and Nick have been friends since fifth grade.

Inspired by the book, A Mindful Nation, by his long-time friend, Congressman Tim Ryan, Nick brought together the best in cognitive science, community leadership and proven techniques to develop programs to improve the lives of Veterans, Students, Teachers, Healthcare Workers and Business Leaders across the United States. 

Nick is an avid runner, triathlete and sports fan. But Nick’s greatest joys in life are his wife Karry and their four children-- Alex, Sophie, Edgars and Ryan-- whose collective initials form the name of the company-- KASER Enterprises.

Tad co-founded and was EVP of both Product and Business Development at Rightscenter, Inc., a pioneering software-as-a-service provider for film, publishing and other Fortune 500 media companies to manage their intellectual property rights. The company was sold and its Film Rights Database, which Tad created, remains an industry
